Keep chats on MyGlob: use the in-app chat for all planning — it keeps conversations secure.
Control your own transport: arrange your own way there and back so you can leave any time.
Review AI suggestions: AI Trip and Moment recommendations are inspiration and may not reflect real-time conditions — double-check venue details first.
Understand local norms: research local customs, laws, and tipping before you go.
During the Meetup
Stay aware: keep your belongings and drinks in sight; be mindful of alcohol so you stay alert.
Trust your instincts: if something feels off, excuse yourself and leave.
Get help if needed: tell venue staff, local authorities or a trusted contact immediately.

After the Meetup

Blocking & Reporting
Block for safety: block any member from their profile or a conversation. Once blocked they can no longer see your profile or contact you, and their content disappears from your feed.
Report serious concerns: reporting also hides the member and sends it to our team — we act on reports within 24 hours.
Emergencies: if there's an emergency in progress, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Online Safety
